Garden spinach salad

Tonight we had two very important dinner guests and as part of our meal we had spinach from the garden! We had a delicious spinach salad with mandarins, cashews, and mandarin sesame dressing. Yum!

I also threw in a couple pieces of grand rapids leaf lettuce although I'm going to give it a few more days of growing before making a salad out of it. So exciting to be able to eat something out of the garden already!
